Would you really part a bike that (supposedly?) ONLY needs a master cylinder? Tho, I suppose it's possible that 90K miles have taken too much of a toll on this bike...if it wasn't all that well maintained.

Does seem awfully low for a 18 year old GW. My bet is either 1. rode hard, put away wet 2. "need this gone yesterday" 3. scam.
