Well, my automotive ADD seems to be setting in early this time. I've got a 1998 Camaro with LS1 and T56 6 speed. 165,xxx miles. Almost completely original. I bought it from the original owner about 4 months ago and have put 10,000 trouble-free miles on it.

It is a very low optioned car. I think the only options are the T-tops, AC, and CD player.

There are a few issues with the car. The stereo randomly quits playing, then starts again. The synchros seem to be worn (at high rpms, I have to shift kinda gingerly to keep it from grinding), and it does have a GA rebuilt title; apparently at some time, it was wrecked in the front left, although there is no indications of this now.

I drive it to work regularly, and get ~24 mpg. I get ~28 mpg on the highway.

I'm not sure what I want in trade, but I'd love for it to have 2 wheels (and be street legal). The problem is that I need a car to drive on the rainy/cold days. So either a bike/car combo, or a bike with enough cash thrown in to buy a beater car.

Or something else entirely, who knows?

I want it, don't have anything to trade of that value. What's that bad boy worth?

Not sure, I got it for a song. Original owner had bought a BMW 135 and didn't want to keep insurance/registration for this one.

Also, I forgot to mention, it had Goodyear Eagles with ~15,000 miles on them. They still look like new.

I don't want to sell it, just trade. (And I really, really want another bike.)

In reply to Buzz Killington:

It either has twice the required number of wheels, or only 2/3 depending on how you look at it.

Also, you're a long ways away.

But, that being said, the MR2 with enough cash for a bike would be interesting.

I like both of those cars. Depending on the bike, I might be interested.

Given the similarity in blue book values the best I could do would be an old Festiva. Not the worst possible option, as I drove it all last winter and will probably do the same this one, but not much more than an appliance at this point.

Let me know when you want to come get them, and I'd meet you part way.

Sorry, not particularly interested in a dirtbike. I should have been more clear.

Thanks, though.
