I have a good cylinder head (flat, no bent valves) from my 2000 Miata. The bottom end was hosed, so I took the head off of it before I discarded it. It comes with VC, cams, cam gears, etc. I was told these heads are good to swap onto your older 1.8 Miatas..... Anyway, $200 + shipping, and I can be talked down.
