The article said:so here's the deal, my wife entered into an agreement to buy a car when ours took a crap in the transmission went out and we sold it for parts. Thought we were getting a good deal and being helped by a good friend we had known for 5 years. She denied it and said that he was lying trying to make us mad at her but we called and verified that there is in fact a title loan against the car so they strong is a long for 2 weeks her fiance was point money out of the bank to pay us back what we we're owed ($1500, We still owed them $500 / $2000) and we were going to give them the car back they said that they were going to hide in their garage until they figure something out. in the past few weeks since all of this is transpired we have come to find out that this girl is a full-blown heroin addict and crack smokin junkie and has been bleeding this guy's bank account dry damn near bankrupting him and completely screwed us over and had no intention of ever completed the transaction transferring the title and sign of the car in the first place nor did they have any intention of actually paying us back the money that was stolen from us. in addition to all of this girl has two warrants in Franklin and Delaware Counties for failure to appear for various theft charges and also has a felony identity theft charge out of Kentucky! We call the wall and tried to press charges on her for theft by deception which is a felony and notified the law of all of this but wouldn't you know if they will not do a damn thing! All they told us that we could do is to go pay $100 to file a civil lawsuit against them and try and recover our money that way! so the further complications to this situation is the fact that the tags on the car just expired and they cannot be renewed this car is apparently known as a drug car and we keep getting pulled over in it and profiled this is how we were brought to our attention that she is into all of these different things by the officers to know the car and no her dealer that she used to live in the car too apparently the reason why they keep stopping us thinking that we are them apparently! Obviously this is the craziest thing that has ever happened to us in our life we've been married for 12 years and have 3 kids and unfortunately this is the only transportation we have whatsoever and we gave them essentially the entire income tax refund check that we got back which was to buy a car so now we are flat broke and have no way to get out of this situation whatsoever! we do have a bill of sale from when we bought the car show in that we do have a legal claim to the vehicle we are trying to simply recoup the money that we put into this car and will sell the car to the first person interested with a bill of sale and also a copy of the bill of sale that we have a showing that we do have legal claim to the vehicle. as for the car, there is literally nothing wrong with it whatsoever except the turn signals not working it runs and drives perfectly that has a5 speed manual leather seats and power moonroof the turbo spools up well and runs and drives really good there's nothing wrong with the drivetrain it all the interior is in excellent condition with the exception of the drivers seat has one split seam on the leather stitching...
