No longer folds but will still ramp for loading.

Comes with spare 12" wheel never used.

I can try to weigh it harbor frieght lists the ship weight at 160 for this one. I would estimate max as configured around 225-250
you dont have to go through that trouble...that IS light

Or everyone who buys a harbor frieght red trailer an leaves it outside 
If it doesn't sell I may paint the rims purple to complete the look. I will then use it exclusively to tow super manly things like Chainsaws, Firewood, Kegs, greasy car parts, and Little baby Kitties.
If you put those teddy bear wheels on it, it'll sell faster.
