It's GA. If it is licensed and on the road, you may can get a title.
You can get away without a title as long as you have a bill of sale signed by the last person that is on record with the state as having it registered. That's all you need to tag it. If you can't get that there are inspections and affidavits that can be done.
And it's a RWA to boot! Despite there being no under bonnet images, it looks like a good deal. That's less than I paid for my rust free 79, and this is a more desirable model.
