I think that one is too rotten to use as a start. If you can see that much rust and bondo on the side I am sure the bottom is rotted too.
Worth $500 in part out, or great if you have a solid body to swap into. If you want to drive it, look at the floors (esp behind the driver's seat) and the four frame jack points underneath.
