Like the title says, I am selling the engine and transmission from my 95 Miata. Complete except for oil pressure and temp sensors and the alternator. Was removed for an LS1 swap. 180K miles, but has new water pump and timing belt. Passed Ohio e-check the day before removal. $500

Also have NA doors and trunk lid available.

Located West of Cleveland.

In reply to Sofa King:

Will this fit my MGB-GT? wink wink.

Gosh... if I were just a little further along in my current project (needs to be done before the MGB) I would be very interested. thanks for posting!

Well... I am in the process of putting one in a Spitfire. I would think a B-GT would be a cake walk!

Where west of Cleveland, and do you include PCM/wiring in that?

I'm in North Olmsted.

The engine is at my shop which is also in North Olmsted! I can include the ecu, but the wiring harness has been cut. I do have all of the connectors. I was hoping to be able to rebuild the harness to use as a stand alone engine harness, but I never tried to put it back together.

It's going well. We started with a $100 Spitfire that was very rusty, and a $500 Miata that was worse. We are using the entire "roller-skate" from the Miata and built our own frame, to connect the front and rear sub-frames. We then channeled the rockers of the Spitfire and welded the body to the new frame. The wheelbase of the Miata is 6.5" longer and about 6" wider, so we cut the Spitfire hood into 4 pieces and lengthened it and widened it. the sides have a vent similar to a Viper. The rear quarters will also be widened 3" per side. Sorry I don't have a photosharing account, or I would start a build thread.

I still have this! Doesn't anyone need it for their fall / winter projects?
