They have no idea what year car that is. It's gotta be 85 or later. If it's 85, it has the desirable G265 tranny. Definitely not a euro-spec car. I'd talk him/her down to lemons level prices.

He simply doesn't have a title but knows that there are title companies who will get you one for $400. Unfortunately it isn't always that simple.
