At least this one has shoulder belts for the rear passengers.

Suspension parts are somewhat compatible with Fox Mustang and Fox chassis Cougar and T Bird. I would just fix the air ride. My LSC had air ride and it was super awesome and its very DIY friendly and reasonable to fix compare to Mercedes or similar setups.
Hubby says:
"After I pulled the trigger on the strutmasters complete kit and after hanging out on a Lincoln forum I decided to check prices on a few other kits. There are some available on lincolnsonline and ebay for around $100 for each end. Arnott Industries seems to be the go to company for a lot of Mark fans. Given the choice between a Mark VII and a Fox or SN95 Mustang I would choose the Mark every time. It's unbelievable how much more solid they are than a comparable Mustang! I'm still figuring out what I can interchange between the Mark and the more common Fox platform cars.
"One minor hang up I've found is the Mark VII spindle needs a Mark VII ball joint and a Mustang needs a Mustang ball joint. The two cannot be interchanged without spindle modification or a ball joint bushing. One major hang up I've encountered with my car is the lack of shoulder belts for the rear seats. My son wanted to go for a ride the other day, which of course thrilled the hell out of me, so I grabbed his booster and plopped it into the rear of the Stincoln. I was a bit irked when I discovered the lack of shoulder belts, and a bit embarrassed that I hadn't noticed it sooner. I would have put him in the front but the passenger seat isn't 100% .I had to tell him he couldn't and we were both bummed.
"Anyway, they are cool cars. I've actually been looking for one a few years newer than mine, in a little bit better shape, so maybe I won't feel like a moron for dumping lots of cash into it."
That car was on my call list before I bought the Mustang this weekend. I was still actually considering calling... But that would be excessive.

He's always looking at Bimmers, so that's nothing new
