Maybe it's just me, but at least the seller of the Cimbria should have a picture...even if it's of the "this isn't mine, I got if off the internet" variety.

And as far as Sunbeams....didn't the company import several different years/models/bodystyles? If the Sunbeam seller can't provide a picture, why not a list of the cars? Oh, right, he/she wants to be able to answer your calls....or NOT.

Sorry, sometimes CL sellers are as dense as lead.

similar but I think the Purvis Eureka is a sterling, with the entire "door" as one unit

the cimbria has gull wing doors

I did break down and call on it....we'll see if the seller returns the call.

I thought that a Cimbria was a wedged-shaped car with gull-wing windows/doors....but had forgotten about the somewhat similar Sterling....which is my point. If a reasonably knowledgeable "car guy" can't remember what your car looks like, shouldn't you have a picture?

As far as waiting for that returned phone call, I bet it's at least a 48 hour wait, if for no other reason than it's Mother's Day weekend.
