I view the fact that the frame is tacked together as a plus....you get to finish it yourself, and that means you're not trusting somebody else's welds to hold...

As I've posted before, I've got enough donor pieces from a '57 Alfa Gilietta Sprint- engine, trans, suspension, drum brakes, axle, etc. A mere 4 hours from this car.

I need to downsize, too.

That is like marking the steel up because he cut it. It could be all effed up and crooked.

I'd rather just start with the book and 20' lengths of pipe. I am perfectly capable of making my own mistakes for half that money.
