Good to see that it ended up "in the family".
These days, that's a pretty rare car - they used to be everywhere when I grew up in Germany, but pretty much all of them were used for commercial-ish transport (station wagons as family cars didn't catch on in Germany until the 80s/90s) so most of the got used up and thrown away.

Yeah, the COE is my shopmate's. He has some lofty aspirations for it, as with most projects in our shop.

Not sure. Step 1 is acquisition, completed. Step 2 is not yet determined. I need another project like another hole in my head, but I just couldn't resist. At the very least, I'll start trying to fix the obvious stuff.
