For Sale: Honda 1.6 SOHC ZC Engine\Trans – Complete Change Over. $500

Little history: The engine\transmission combo was bought from HMotorsOnline in 2005 and installed into a ’90 CRX. The car was used for daily driving, autocrosses (Cumberland, MD) and track days (Summit Point)
, and it was well maintained the ~10,000 miles I put on it. It was running great, and was pulled for a B18c swap, so it is time for the engine\transmission to find a new home. As you will see, I’m offering all of the items needed for a complete change over, so there will little to no scrounging for parts.
Engine:
ZC (D16A6)
Unknown mileage, but was well maintained under my supervision. I drove the car for ~10,000 miles and below is a list of items which I installed prior to installation
- New timing belt kit – belt, tensioner, water pump
- New valve cover gasket
- Lightweight flywheel
- Stage 2 clutch
- Plugs and wires
- Mobile 1 oil
- eBay header
Transmission:
The transmission came with the engine. I installed an aftermarket LSD which supported Si axles. Below is a list of items which I installed prior to installation
- OBX LSD which was professionally installed
- New differential bearings
- Si Axles
- Checked and replaced any bad synchros Other items included: I’m looking forward to getting this setup out of my garage, so I’m including pretty much everything which I removed from the car.

- Shifter linkage and shifter stabilizer
NOTE I don’t want to deal with shipping the engine\trans, so local purchase will be appreciated. I’m willing to negotiate driving up to 120 miles from my house to meet, and I will charge $1.00 per one way mile.
