Since I've been the beneficiary of some good/free deals on here recently, time to pay it forward with some stuff that someone may (or may not) want.
I have the front spindle (with struts), front brakes (rotors and calipers), and rear control arms (with drum brakes and most of the parts) for an early e30 318i. They're free to whoever wants them. I would really prefer local pickup (in Washington DC area) but if you want to drop alot of cash I can conceivably ship the stuff to you, though definitely won't happen until after new year's.
The stuff is in operable condition (the last time the car drove, it had all this stuff on it), but will probably want some refreshing!
I also have a pair of e30 (325/51mm) front OEM sport Bilstein strut inserts that need full rebuild (and possibly new tubes due to scoring from some dumbass's monkeywrench who held the top of the piston). They have the screw collars as well. These I'll let go for whatever someone wants to give me for them - no offer refused!
Can provide pics if you want them, but might not be immediate since it's a busy time of year.

Speaking of deals... your pads should be there tomorrow or Friday. My wife tossed them into the brown truck on Tuesday .
Yep just got them today. Thanks again, exactly what I needed!

Good, glad to hear you can make some use of them. I hate to throw good stuff away but if I had to move them one more time... they were going in the can.

irish, any ideas how much it will cost to get them rebuild/revalved?
there's a price list on Bilstein's website, but I'm not entirely sure what parts they would need.
One of them moves fine, the other one is seized up. They both have some damage to the tops of the pistons. Bilstein can replace any of these parts, and it will be cheaper than a new set by far....just not sure how much.
Here's pics:

What's the difference between the HD and the sport after revalving?
I think the sport has a shorter travel, for lowered cars. I'm pretty sure the valving is the same.
These are HDs, though they came on the iS models.
