Selling my 1987 Toyota Corolla GTS ("AE88" VIN number). I bought the car as a shell and swapped in a 4AGE and T50 trans, but haven't had the time to hook everything up. I have a lot of additional parts for the car and it would make a great autocross or drift car for someone who had a little more time than I do (my PhD thesis and work with Wreck Racing have kept me too busy to finish this project). I really love these cars and hate to give this up, but I have too many other projects. I'd like to get $2000 for it (GRM special price, since I know it'll get a good home, or be used for a worthy cause). Can deliver near metro Atlanta.
The car has a straight body, but a couple small spots where the paint has cracked and would need to be touched up. The engine and tranny came out of a good running GTS that my girlfriend used to drive/autocross. It has an LSD rear end and I have a complete spare rear end to go with it. The parts of the interior that are there (everything except the dash assembly, door panels and seat backs) are in very nice condition.
Clean FL title signed over by previous owner (I have never registered the car in GA).

What it needs to run and rive: - Engine peripherals hooked up (radiator, coolant lines, oil cooler, MAF, etc...) - Engine harness hooked up (harness may need some very minor repairs, came from a running car but it's not in the greatest shape) - Dash harness replaced (have spare from running car) - Brakes hooked up - Front bumper assembly bolted down - Dash assembly installed or new dash fabricated - Steering column bolted in - Distributor cap replaced (think I have a spare, may be for an MR2)
Included parts - Spare complete GTS LSD rear end - TRD springs - Front strut bar - SS brake lines - Extra ignition parts (coil, etc) - Spare MAF parts - Spare body/dash harness - Extra GTS brake calipers - Drilled/slotted rotors - headers (on engine) - spare hood and fender - Extra set of celica supra rims - Extra sway and panhard bar (may be aftermarket, they're red and old, I don't know)
