The rear wheels/tires are new-school Schwinn chopper OE parts, that looks like he's modified to use a through-axle. The front appear to be standard 20" BMX fare.

Thanks. Yeah, I e-mailed him and he replied that they were from OCC Choppers. They looked bigger than that in the picture.
