I'm looking for any of the above, preferably in "standard" configuration and hopefully as stock as possible, including carbs/airbox and exhaust, CHEAP. My hope is that somebody knows of one behind a shed. I'm in central Missouri. Prefer titled but not essential. I'm not expecting a flood of replies but just in case The Hive knows...

I have a KZ400h in about a 100 pieces in my garage. Got it free about 4 years ago and intended to restore it. Furthest I got was to strip it down and clean up the frame and tank. What are you looking for? No exhaust, but have carbs and airbox.

I might have a line on a GS550 that might be available. How much can you spend on a moderately clean bike that has been sitting for many years but inside. No title.

Gotta be a twin. I'm working on a "proof of concept" for a racing class. My concept partner is insisting on limiting to XS400 twins, but I think it would be cooler to allow the Big Four.

What about a small 4 like a 350 four

Is this going to remain a motorcycle, or get chopped up into something else?

I have a 1980 XS400 with less than 6000 miles sitting in the garage I could be convinced to part with.

I have a gn400 I might be willing to send down the road for an interesting cause, because a twin is one cylinder too many.

Remain a motorcycle, pretty much stock--no hardtail conversions or any of that crap.

That seems way too nice for what I have in mind. I'm sure you can get more for that than what I have available. Thanks for the offer, though...
