Oh. My goodness.

I don't understand (on may levels, but specifically) what he means with "Wondering about this 1998 Honda Civic with a V tech engine? It's totally coverted into a BMW M3!!!"

So, is it still a FWD Honda, or does it have an M3 Engine and RWD? I can't imagine it does, but I, like I said, do not understand.... at all.
