Saw these on CL, some pretty rusty but the wagons seem to have potential.

Not mine......

Up for sale are a pair of 1973 and 1974 Mazda RX3 wagons. They are not running but were when parked several years ago. They both have the rotary motor and would need resealing to be runnable. The 73 is an automatic and the 74 is a 5 speed manual. Both are rear wheel drive. The 74 has air conditioning. Both have titles. The 74 is the better one and you can either use them both to fix one or just parts for another. Very smooth running, fast cars when on the road. Looking for $500 for the pair or best offer. Definitely will sell to anyone who wants a collectible vehicle out of the ordinary. Call Alan at 920-615-7878 or email me at alvpackman@yahoo.com. Cars are located in Athens, WI. 30 miles west of Wausau, WI. They will need to be trailered.

I love the BMW 2002 - but you gotta watch those Wisconsin cars with a little rust. I had one....be careful, I'm just saying.

^^^^ Speaks the truth.

I would like to see what the rockers look like on the '74 wagon. That's the ad that got my attention.

And for the asking price of the RX-7, I would think that the wheels and glass alone would be worth it.

The 2002? still not sure about that one. I'm sure there's gotta be something good on that car that somebody really needs.

RX-7 looks like an early production model with no passengers side mirror. Some choice odd parts for the right person such as myself, but wow is that thing rusty? I wonder what the build date of that piece is?

Rotary Wagon is so awesome I want them all!!

Makes me wish I picked up the 79 RX7 for $200 I found while driving out in the country one time. Same wheels as that one, also had a body kit that looked factory with a whale tail spoiler.

There were no whale tail factory body kits, wheels are standard.

I wish I knew more about the RX3 wagon...seems super cool. Nothing better than a RWD manual sport wagon (no bias here haha)
