Been thinking on this since last night, still can't come up with anything.
I think it would be really funny to keep a wooden oar in the car and use it to push yourself backwards whenever needed.

You've probably already considered this, but if you think you MUST have reverse, you could always go electric.... But creative fore thought in parking will almost eliminate the need for it.
