They don't have hubs per se, they are one piece with the brake rotor. Looking for brake rotors may help your search a bit.
That said, they appear to be NLA from Mazdatrix for OE and aftermarket.
I'd suggest converting to 4-lug FC hubs and calipers using one of the kits intended for 5 lug conversions (FC uprights are all the same) BUT... I've been looking for 4 lug FC hubs for ages and can't find any. NLA from Mazda for ages, $700-ish each when they were available, and people swapping to 5 lug scrap the 4 lug hubs for some dumb reason.
Actually, the goal is to get to 5 on 4.5. I'll need spacers anyway and I could have gotten 4x4.5 to 5x4.5 adapters. The only spindle spacers for the 5 lug swap I've found are the respeed ones that probably don't exist anymore and some a guy (who hasn't replied to messages) on an rx7 board had made. I have plenty of FC stuff at my disposal, but my friend at a machine shop took 6 months to not make me spacers.
I don't know what it will do to bumpsteer, but apparently Mazda3 (maybe just Mazdaspeed3) ball joints will press into FB control arms AND are the correct shank to take an FC upright. Then you use FC uprights swapped left for right without having to do the subframe conversion.
The subframe conversion is awesome, but it really precludes the use of the front cover engine mounts and there are a couple other difficulties. PM if you want more details on putting FC struts in an FB.
