My buddy Tyler bought an older Volvo lump from this guy a few months back. The guy has a really, really clean late build "Bertone" with era correct turbo setup. There's also a pretty nice Starquest kicking around his place that he was trying to unload on me. Really one of the better CL transactions I've been involved with. Seemed like a really honest guy, FWIW.

Do want!
Maybe I wonder if I could talk the owner into shipping it to Ohio and knocking that 750 down to free
I would take it then for sure
I'm pretty sure I posted this 6 months ago. I'm really surprised he still has it!
I can't believe he still has it!

Wow, is that thing ever crying for a K20 or K24. I wonder how bad the track difference would be.
that'd be a cheap, good n fun regional car, wrong coast tho
If that were in Texas, I'd be on my way with a trailer to pick it up!

Yeah, I can't count the number of times I've found myself saying this. It almost seems like it would be worth moving out there (though I'd live across the bridge in WA- no tax, and the GF would like that for other reasons...) for all the cars that keep showing up. Pity it rains so much, and is kind of pricey (could almost certainly transfer to a subsidiary out there, so job wouldn't be an issue...)
What engine tranny wil comfortable fit?
K20, Bayliss has a kit. That's what I was planning before mine rusted into the floor.

Chrysler FWD drivetrains from Neons and earlier turbo-dodges fit fairly well. Use the Fiat axles and outer CV joints with the inboard chrysler joints, build up a few mounting points, wire and plumbing, badda bing.
