Back when I was a kid, I think Pintos were the first cars where I noticed the emergence of giant 5 mph bumpers.
Cool fact : Was riding with a friend in his pinto trying to get the radio to work when we hit a parked Caddy. Busted the headlight on the caddy. Totaled the pinto.
If there's anyone relatively local to this that can give it a good going over and report back I would greatly appreciate it. My father is very interested in the car.

I don't think they ever put a V6 in these by the looks of the engine compartment I think this is the 4 cylinder 2300 engine.
No, for sure that's the V6. Air filter is in the center. Thermal air is in the right place. Plus - you can see the LHS valve cover.
