Could be an ideal winter hoonmobile for $2k, on St. Louis CL. Not mine, no affiliation. FYI: Park Hills, MO is about 90 minutes SSW of St. Louis.

Mini-Quattro !
These things are virtually unstoppable in the snow. Slow but keeps going.
Ah man! You SOB. That is like 2 hours from me!!!
Ok it is just over 3 hours away. Crisis averted. I can move on.
I stumbled across that, too. I've been searching through all wagons.
The real question is if that drivetrain is a direct swap into a regular Corolla body. I'm sure there are some to be had in Atlanta.

I know some one who had an all-trac Corolla. They are rare, but were available, so I bet that it can be installed in one.
I doubt it's a direct swap, in terms of just bolting up.
Toyota was actually making different floor pans and suspensions for these cars.
Would it be as hard as designing an AWD Corolla sedan/coupe from factory? Nah.
If you're wanting to do this for hooning purposes, i wouldn't bother. You'd be far better off starting with a Camry AllTrac and dumping Celica stuff in it.

What the heck Toyota? 3 or 4 different All-Trac models, none of them sharing parts, most of them rare and rusty.

Toyota did offer a "companion" sedan to these AWD wagons on the Corolla platform, but as rare as the wagons are, the sedans are MUCH rarer.
As for Toyota building 4 different All-Trac models (Camry, Corolla, Tercel and Celica), keep in mind that in the '80s several car companies "experimented" with AWD offerings. Ford and Mercury offered AWD in the Tempo and Topaz sedan. Mazda, of course, had their AWD 323s in hatch and sedan bodystyles, Nissan offered a few AWD cars, (the B12 Sentra) and Stanza in 2 models...covering the '85 to '88/'89 models. The Stanzas were AWD in the wagon bodystyle, only, unless you consider their "tallwagon" model as a sort of mini-van wannabe. And then there were the AWD Chrysler minivans.
Ooops, I almost forgot the various Mitsubishi AWD models: the Colts as well as the Eclipses and the Galants.
