A guy with no auto ethics would drop the Caddy engine in there and weld those fins to the Sunbeam.

I used to have one of these. They were imported in '69 and '70. It used the 1275cc series Alpine engine and a Hillman Hunter body. I had the GT which replaced the little two barrel carb with twin Strombergs.
I have a picture of me auto-Xing it with one front tire off the ground alla Alfas.
Good thing that isn't in Columbus.
I love this era of 3/4 scale versions of american cars. These and the little Opel Kadettes would make awesome little toys.
