The engine interests me, but it sounds like an electrical nightmare. Given the paint, I'm guessing mice. Might be best as parts.
EDIT- DISCLAIMER- I hate electrical. HATE. I'd rather have teeth pulled. So take that with a grain of salt.
Is not Turbo, but that motor should hold plenty to scare the piss out of you. These cars punch way above their weight class with even the most basic of turbo setups.
It'd be a good start to a challenge car. Sort it, polish it (single stage paint i do believe), chuck a suspension at it, wrap the stock wheels in some HoHos, and spray a 100 shot at it.
