I know this is not car-related, therefor a shot in the dark on this board. I'm selling some used theater seats, in great shape. If anyone is interested, PM me and I'll get you any info you need.

Such a shame you're so far away. I'd love to have about a dozen or so for a low budget home theater.

^^This.
They are about 15 years old, maybe a bit less. Cleaner than any other non-new seats out there.
I'd be willing to ship, but it would drive the cost up to cover what ever the heck I'd have to package them up with.
If there were a few folks up/down I-75 to defer costs, I'd be willing to deliver some.
I can set one up, or a string of 190 or so. The ones I have are disassembled right now so I can't get you an exact measurement, but I'd have to guess about 24" wide. There is some width adjustment though.
Toyoman, if you are serious, I can check on shipping.
I guess you'd have to measure the bed. Shoot me the measurements and I'll assemble two chairs then measure the width of the seats and the mounting pads.

Sounds dangerous
Before this thread, you guys weren't even aware that you needed bulk amounts of used theatre seats
Grtechguy wrote: How much are you asking? and what is the material on the seats?
$25 each. The material is cloth. Here are some pictures.
Here's a close up of the material.
As you can see, these are VERY clean. The arm rests are wood and are the only area you can really see any weat. A quick sanding and some stain and giddy up!
I'm goin to re-cover mine in a micro-fiber or suede, and paint the metal and plastic.

Actually a ute based ZAV must have sniper position mate, you should know that.
Those are really, really nice. And that's a great price. I wish I had more room, I would put a couple rows in my theater room. Unfortunately since the room is about 8' x 10' that would be a bit crowded.
Thanks. Yes, these are the cleanest I've ever seen that aren't new, and are priced where I usually find ones that need total referb work done. They are just trying to recoup some costs.
