Looking for a budget priced 1.8L downturn turbo manifold with flange for external wastegate and T3/T4 flange.

I have a home made mani for a 1.8 (had it on the R), but it isn't a down-turn. Is it possible you can just clock the turbine housing? IIRC, it has a dual T3/T4 flange. I can look when I am at the other shop if you think it can work.

A downturn mani will allow a very straight, open exit with virtually no down pipe, just a straight pipe to the rear.
I can clock the turbine, but it won't eliminate the downpipe like the downturn main will.
However, I'm interested- Take a look and let me know what you've got.
