Does anyone have any tires they want to sell me for cheap? Working on a tight budget for tires but I will pay a fair price for a set of good tires. I will mount them on 15x7 wheels for my crx track project. Figured I give GRM a shot to see if I can find anything.

See if there's a Spec Miata shop in your area. They run 205/50-15 Toyos or Hoosiers.

Check USDRRT on ebay. I recently bought a set of lightly used Spec Miata (not for a miata, either) tires from them and am very happy with the deal.
Shipping was quick, packaging was great, tires were as (meticulously) described and the price was excellent. They have a large selection listed so there might be a few flavors to choose from in your size depending on your intended use.

Do a search for panasport, I know he had some tires for sale. Don't recall if they're 14 or 15". I can't think of his screen name I just know his name and his email.

Used SM7s in that size were CHEAP last year.
