Craigslist Dude said: I have a 1975 Porsche 914 roadster. The body is in pretty good shape needs a paint job need some work done underneath the hood but overall a pretty good start to somebody who is interested in a Porsche restoration. It has all the original pieces, ornaments and parts. Give me a call if you are interested or shoot me a text. It will not start currently.

Doesn't look too bad, especially for a car that lives in New England.

That blue is not common, white interior is less common.

I'm guessing the owner is no Porsche guy or he would have mentioned the hellhole. Wouldn't this be a 2.0 liter?

I am, but don't have the $$/space currently.

Too distant. Otherwise I'd entertain a cheap and rusted apart 914, I just want the drivetrain for a formula vee themed NASA TT/NX car. If it's got to be both cheap and close, not much budget for new projects..... pesky pre-existing projects and all.

There would have been a time when I'd say look to a bus or 411/412 for a type 4 powertrain. Now the 914 is probably the cheapest route

I believe 75s were 2.0 fuel injected 5 speeds.
