I would think you could get a title if the library wanted to go through the effort.

Cool though. Running and driving plus the generator would be worth $2500 to me.
My friend Tim is building a hangar next to his 2500ft. grass strip. I can fly in, disassemble and store it there for ~$40/month next winter. Reassemble and fly out in the Spring, it's 3 miles from home and 3 miles from the airport.
The rolling Barnes & Noble would be a cool project but my cape is straight out.
