Totally mine. I bought this off another GRM'r about 4 months after my big wreck in 2015. I think I was a little too optimistic about how fast I could get back into the shop and onto a project. Reality has come to roost and it's time to let things go. I have never started this car but the motor does turn over by hand.

This is a modified ministock race car that is built on a Pinto (or possibly Capri) chassis from the late 70's. The frame is original to the chassis with the cage and body added on top per class rules. This car would actually still be class legal today. I won't lie, this is a rough project but it's worth the asking price in the motor alone. I'm selling it for exactly what I have in it. My plan was to put a 5.0/T5 drivetrain in it, square the suspension and bring it to the Challenge. Hopefully somebody else will.

  • Ford 2000 CC engine with aftermarket intake and Holley carb
  • Header
  • Aluminum radiator
  • Aluminum seat
  • 7-8 wheels
  • Spare transmissions, oil pan, heads

And, SOLD! Hopefully this will be coming to the Challenge. I’ll let the new owner introduce himself when he is ready.

I’m all giggity with anticipation.
