Stuff I didn't disclose in the craigslist ad: It has a mopar performance cam, SRT front swaybar, SRT Shifter, and alloy wheels from a 1st gen Neon R/T.

Was thinking the same. Already has the wheels. It just needs the silver stripes, and spoiler to be an update of my first "new" car. I wouldn't mind, I miss that old neon. I just can't swing it right now.

You forgot add turbo and take to the Challenge.
I've been down the boost rabbit hole. It's not needed with the right combination of bottom end and head on these. Doesn't hurt, but the 2.0 DOHC in my 98 R/T was a riot. I was planning on a 2.4 bottom end swap when I rolled the car, I can only imagine the added torque from added displacement would have made it even more fun.
