Either a scam, or someone is realistic about how much work and cash it takes to make nice and drivable again. I would say it's a good deal at twice the price.

Lack of floors fan be a feature not a flaw. Some replacement floor panel options with correct wheelbase.

I have to agree. It would cost thousands to make this a nice driver, a lot less to rat rod it. Or cut it up and use the parts to make something interesting?
Buy it for $1000. Get it running with minimum dollars and effort. Drive it like it owes you a $1000. Smile from ear to ear.
