I want this! (I think either I or my dad still have a shop manual for these somewhere in the abyss) . I think from the cast valve cover it's a 1.6.

77 Accord

CL Dude says: 1977 Honda Accord. It just came up from North Carolina. 1 owner car. 146,000 miles. 4 cylinder 5 speed. 50 MPG. Clean Ohio title in my name. It starts up and runs for 20 seconds, then quits. It needs a fuel pump or fuel filter changed. Under carriage is solid. Left fender has been patched. I have truck load of extra parts that with the car. There are new fuel filters, brakes, distributor caps, wires and more. $1000 Call

Isn't it funny how you see something you want, but you're not entirely sure you really want to live with it, so you post it in the 20xx section in the hopes that somebody buys it before you do.

Or is that just me?

Lol. It's the "this is cool, but I'd rather not deal with it" mentality.

Though, I kinda want to deal with this. City living has its limitations I suppose.

For me, difference between 'want' and 'can get'. I like to share up cool things I see that I and/or other GRM people would like.

But yeah, if I were in 'can get' mode, the post would be more of "Hey check out what I just dragged home"

That thing will go forever. I still wish I hadn't messed with my '83 Civic, most reliable car I've owned and it still got me 45mpg on the highway.

I am with you.

My Driver's Ed car was an Accord hatchback in the same color, though it was an automatic.

I used to really want one of those. I even still have a copy of the best Honda book ever. But I don't think that I want that one right now.
