Translation: there is no exhaust, just the rusty headers hanging off the motor and the frame is so full of rusty holes that you could use it as a flute.
My guess is it looks good on top, but there's nothing underneath and you'd be looking at both a body and frame swap.

That looks like a cleaned version of what is sitting behind my house! Except, mine basically rust free and likely doesn't need much exhaust work. I just need to repair everything near the exhaust.

That's a tough call. The $1500 price and single photo do have a scam feel to them. But they are doing a horrible job trolling for suckers by mentioning a rotted out frame.
