I have four steel BMW E30 wheels. They were the stock wheels off my recently acquired 1991 318i. They appear to be dirty, but pretty straight. $100 w/hubcaps sound reasonable?
The hubcaps were definitely painted black and have some scuffing to the paint. I've seen E30 wheels on older Civics and Miata cars as well...just make sure you do your research to make sure the offset is OK. I'd love to keep them for rallycross tires, but my garage is pretty crowded right and my wife would be happy if she didn't have to step over/around them anymore.

Factory Setup, Front: 14 x 5.5
