Asking $2500, but...
Seller said: This mustang is in decent shape. It has 35k miles. It has a 305hp v6 engine and it is Basically a brand new car. I have title with no key. It is missing a fender bumper and needs a new hood new windshield, new radiator, headlights, and quarter panel window. I can tow the car for free. Engine and transmission are good. Doors open fine. Auto transmission. It's a steal for the price.

I personally love the "basically a brand new car" comment... Seems like if you could get it for $2k there'd be plenty to recoup off it though.

Brand new? Huh. I didn't realize the factory was offering them with that particular custom hood.
"Have title with no key"
I'm gonna bet that the title he has is not in his name.
If it was, a key should be little more than just a visit to the Ford dealership but might have to tow the car in. He mentions in the ad that he can tow for free??
Yeah, there's a whole lot of unanswered questions that ad raises, but I'm sure not the guy to ask them.
Basically new? So Ford offered an open-wheel Mustang? Alfadriver never even told us! He's been holding out!

Heres the B2000 drivetrain donor.
In reply to John Welsh :
It just occurred to me that if this was a theft recovery it could possibly explain the no-key situation & all the damage. Tow company picks the car up, gets title(either through insurance or lien), can tow it for free, etc.
In reply to Pete Gusset:
Yeah my 'theft recovery' had no key. I actually bought it from the goobermint because after two tickets that are more than a month old they can take it.
Oh yeah that's after the tickets have doubled for being a month old too.
