the tires look a bit sporting. looks like a cross bar was cut out.
I'm shocked on the condition of that car. I see no obvious rust! Not saying there isn't just saying I don't see much for a midwest car.
I did like these cars in the day but for the price I can't see taking a chance. Something more like a grand would make if more attractive, common it's a Renault!
Several blocks from me there are street parked hard and rag topped versions of these. 
If you drop the rear torsion trailing arms one notch, it'll drop the back something like 6" You'll need to cut about 4 coils off the front to match.
