I have extremely fond memories of a six foot tall blond I dated in high school that had a red 'vert slant six with a four speed.
Surprisingly fast car.
I have fond memories of my did using one as his "pick-up". Never broke down on us until the frame cracked in half. We only paid $250 for it, but that was about 45 years ago.
Valiants never had frames.
You know what I mean. The rust permenantly disfigured the structure.
Contact with the seller a couple of days ago (even though I do not have room for two more cars!) and he has a pending sale. I asked him to get back to me if it falls through. A heck of a deal if you're into old slant six Plymouths.
Both look great.
