Hey, all im trying to be a bit more active in these forums. considering im getting more and more into motor sports its probably a good idea.

Currently i am in the middle of a larger than planned header swap. from what i thought to be a relatively simple bolt on has turned into a
-need to fab header to flex pipe w/ or w/o cat. depends on what i do and what space allows
-mil eliminator fab needed
-required AFR gauge, which i foolishly bought just now. i need to stop drinking all the damn kool aid

Was looking through your FF thread and saw the packaging for that header. Then thought, what kind of jerk would package something like that then...
I realized I'm that jerk. This is Scott that sold you that header!

went to grab a second o2 sensor today, scored a semi rare valve cover off a contour. iirc only made in 95-96. so thats cool.
header project on hold again, AFR gauge should be shipped soon, not sure what im gonna do about that. cat, weld up etc....
opinions on painting valve cover? keep it aluminum or paint it red or blue?

Keep it aluminum. Thats my vote. It is a good looking valve cover for sure though.
I ended up with aluminum, I'll decide if I want to paint later.
Feel the need to clean everything else. I'll try to get pics soon.
