Ok, full disclosure, this is not mine. But I can confirm that it works, still being fine tuned but it is being driven. This weekend it was being used at a local auto cross school and I can confirm it is a driver.
The project started with a 1965 Corvair, added a drivetrain from a 3.8L GTP Pontaic and the labor to combine them. The owner admits he did not do the welding, he has a neighbor that made the necessary cradle for the factory front end.
The location of the radiator, just behind the driver, using the stock Pontiac radiator shell works. There are five You Tube postings on the car. Yes the offset of the rear wheels does require some sheet metal compromises. A small price for these results.
