I got you... If you add a fifth injector to the intake manifold and run it off of a momentary switch, you should be all set for cold start paired with the warm-up valve you showed. When you start cranking the engine, press and hold the button until the engine catches and then release. Connecting to the fuel rail is the only hard part.
