My Z sat for 23 years and so I had to change my fuel filterS (setup just like you) just about every 100 miles, then 300, then 500 then it mellowed out.
Good work. I like that this car isn't full blown updated and side note I knew this car reminded me of something I had seen before and there it was:

I seem to recall that Mustang driver in the movie being a E36 M3head.

I have noticed an increase in arrogance an frat bro-nese since you got the mustang running. I figured it was likely from the fumes!
