And why go with the smaller Cummins?
Im diesel and big truck stupid, so you may have to spoon feed me.
Cummins has much more potential, it makes great torque figures with easy mods, bolts up to the Allison trans, easy install as they were factory-installed in some buses etc..
Swap not started yet, parts search is underway, we are looking for factory mounts if possible.
The 5.9 was a factory option in later Ford F600-800 trucks from 1994 to 1997. The AT-545 Allison was used as well in those years.
