Air Jack distributor is ready.

So... the door problem in the narrow garage is also solved. The doors will soon be easy to remove.

Test number 2. It can still be a little bigger. So make test part 3...

Why make the trigger wheel bigger? Are you trying to gain resolution?

Yes, I'm trying to find the optimal size before I make the final product out of steel. I think it would be ideal to let the teeth protrude. But I have to take the space between the water pump pulley into account.

the first good proof of my design. Today I worked in the footwell. The conversion to ABS. My modular construction method works for this. The door, cage parts and seat were quickly removed and made direct access easier. A few ideas and new line made. Done. Now I can start planning the ABS wiring harness.

space is used optimally
