It slots in that I'm an idiot that can't focus. You may also remember the Starlet that was at a warped unibody, what-do-I-do cliffhanger when last updated. 

The priorities go roughly like this:

1. House, shop, 220 wiring to weld, grind, etc.

2. Challenge Fiat. I hope to make 2020, but 2019 is too tough to even consider a possibility.

3. Hi-cost Bugeye. It is closer to being driveable than the Starlet in my estimation. 

4. Starlet. This one's supposed to actually be refined. AC, nice fit and finish, etc.

There are also truck and motorcycle projects in there as well.

So I bought an English wheel. 

My vote is move HI-COST to 1. in front of those obviously more important things.
