Hey, somehow I missed your reply. Sorry!

It's my understanding at least that to run the larger rotor, you'll need an adapter bracket. At one point in time, Apikol sold them, although I'm not sure if that's still the case.
As far as fitting under 16's, I can't say for sure, but I'd be pretty confident that they'd fit with the 269mm rotors at least.

Not much in the way of updates here, unfortunately. Finding a shop that's willing to finish the exhaust has been a little tough, since I'm basically asking them to make a race pipe. I think I've finally got a lead on a place, but I'll have to bring the car about 2 hours north.

A welder's top of the list of tools to buy, but I don't see work and home life giving me the time I'd need to teach myself TIG and build something acceptable anytime soon. Feels pretty un-grassroots of me to farm this out, but I want to get this car on the road sometime this year lol

For DIY exhaust, I use 16ga SS pipe & J-bends from Summit. Cut it with a chopsaw or 4.5" cutoff wheel or sawzall. MIG it together with ER308LSi SS wire & regular 75/25 gas.

Is this the correct way to cut & weld stainless coolant piping for a nuclear reactor cooling loop? No, no it is not.

Does it work satisfactorily for years on an exhaust pipe with a few PSI of back pressure inside? Yes, absolutely.
