MoCAR
Now it needs a neat hybrid logo to co on the nonexistent spoiler on the back.
I say nonexistent because the one i kept from the original nascar body doesn't even remotely come close to fitting.
Don't you worry. we will get you going on that TIG welder and you can use that for a first project...

We saw your TIG welding on the GRM NYG box.

MoCAR...I like it. I havn't been able to come up with a clever name for mine. I keep calling it "the beast." "White Whale" came to mind too but who knows if it'll stay white.

Think we could do the 80s logo with a lowercase o? Cause these are just about what was in my head!!!
I'd have gone with MoPCAR. But there ain't nothing mopey about that car.
You need to figure out Direct Connection Logo with a GRM slant.

Giggity. Definitely gonna need these cut. Or the more rainbow earlier logo version.
Tonight we pull the body back off for me to do ckearance and cleanup work. After we get dads new wood lathe mo ed in and hooked up.
I'm not familiar enough with NASCAR logo history to know what logo I should be cutting up, post that thing!

berkeleying NAILED it!!!!
Need to get stickers made.....
Could probably also make stencils, paint might be more suited to this thing. Maybe I should shift it so the blue line is behind the C, hold please.
EDIT: Yeah I like this slightly better.

Would suck to cut that one. Too many colors. I'd have it printed.

God i dig this.
Yah, printed vs paint. Not sure i could tape it off well enough.
I signed up just to tell you that this project is awesome!
I have a an old truck chassis that I am going to put a body on at some point so I was geeked to see this.
The only (maybe?) useful comment I'll make is I would definitely save the VIN sticker that I thought I saw in your scrap pile. Even if you don't want to register your creation having that sticker (and title?) might be useful down the road.
Carry on and keep providing the pictures!

Welcome! We're glad to have you here. Please join in all the places you feel comfortable to do so!
I DID keep a title and vin. Its currently in the dmv system, waiting to see if the license and theft bureau needs to inspect the car for verification purposes.

I would like to throw in my vote for a stock hemi 'Cuda looking spoiler. If not, then you should go full superbird...
my head has something quite similar to this stuck in it.

THAT's the look! I don't know if I'd go quite so far with the front fender but, hell ya!
Yeah, that stripe that goes up the C pillar is 70's-tastic for sure! And I agree, don't make the nose so low (or the tires so huge) that you have to cut that much of the front wheel arch.
